The new company has now been officially approved for establishment in the Alxa High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.

On October 21, the water and soil conservation facilities for the 20,000-ton-per-year metallic sodium technology renovation and expansion project of Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical Co., Ltd. completed self-acceptance. The acceptance documents have been reviewed and filed with the Rural Revitalization Office of the Alxa High-Tech Industrial Development Zone (Wusitai Town).

On September 13, 2025, the initial environmental protection acceptance inspection for the technological upgrade and expansion project of Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical Co., Ltd. was successfully concluded. This preliminary review centered on an "expert evaluation report plus on-site facility inspection," led by Ruixin Chemical. It brought together a specially invited panel of three seasoned experts in environmental engineering and pollution control, along with representatives from government regulatory agencies, as well as personnel from the project’s construction, design, construction, and environmental impact assessment teams—working collaboratively to rigorously assess compliance and ensure the effective operation of the upgraded facilities.

On August 26, Alxa High-tech Zone and Ulan Buh Demonstration Area experienced rainfall. In line with meteorological forecasts and the Level IV emergency response for flood control and severe rainstorm-related weather hazards, relevant departments and enterprises in the High-tech Zone and Demonstration Area have implemented preventive measures, conducted thorough safety inspections, and carefully adjusted production and operational schedules to effectively manage this rainfall event.

Credit Suisse Chemical initiates external audit of the three systems
On August 13, 2025, Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical Co., Ltd. officially launched the external audit work for the quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems. An audit team composed of experts from Beijing Zhong'an Quality and Environmental Certification Agency entered the company, starting a four-day in-depth audit journey.
