Ruida Chemical Group Holds Its 2026 Work Conference.
On February 10, the 2026 Work Conference of Ruida Chemical Group was held. Attending the meeting were Comrade Wang Jinda, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group; Comrade Feng Ruijuan, the company’s actual controller; General Manager Mao Kecheng; Liang Zhen, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; as well as more than 100 other leaders from the Party and government based at the headquarters, branch committee members, Party and mass work personnel, representatives of frontline employees, and award-winning advanced collectives and individuals.

Meng Lin, General Manager of the company, and Chen Yan, Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting. Hu Donghui, member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Group Corporation, was invited to attend and delivered a guiding speech. Heads of various departments within the company and employee representatives also participated in the meeting, which was chaired by Guo Junxing, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Office.

To thoroughly implement the requirements of laws and regulations on work safety, continuously enhance the standardization of the company’s change management practices, and strengthen safety risk control throughout the production process, Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical Co., Ltd. actively responded to the call from the Autonomous Region’s Emergency Management Department and carefully organized relevant personnel to participate in the special online training on change management, scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on February 5, 2026.

To thoroughly implement the state’s laws and regulations on work safety as well as industry-specific regulatory requirements and to clearly define the company’s work direction for 2026 in the area of work safety and reinforce safety management responsibilities, on January 22, Meng Lin, General Manager of the company, chaired a briefing and training session on the 2026 work safety guidelines, objectives, and safety action plan. All managers from various departments and workshops attended the meeting, fostering a shared commitment to safety and laying out key safety tasks for the year ahead.

The period at the turn of the year is a critical time for safe production. To effectively prevent and mitigate various safety risks, recently, the Emergency Management Bureau of the High-tech Zone organized a team of safety production experts to conduct a special inspection of our company. Chen Yan, Deputy General Manager of Production at our company, accompanied the inspection throughout its duration, while heads of relevant departments and safety management personnel joined the team to facilitate coordination.
