To continuously standardize enterprises’ work‑safety management systems, accurately identify and address all types of safety hazards, strengthen the principal responsibility of enterprises for work safety, and comprehensively elevate the standardization and sophistication of on‑site safety management, the Emergency Management Bureau of the Alashan High‑Tech Industrial Development Zone (Wusitai Town) recently engaged third‑party expert consultants to conduct a two‑day specialized inspection for classified work‑safety assessments. The company has attached great importance to this initiative, responded proactively, and provided full cooperation, implementing stringent standards and concrete measures to ensure the smooth execution of the assessment.
This special inspection for classified safety‑production assessments was centrally coordinated and deployed by the High‑Tech Zone Emergency Management Bureau. Leveraging the professional expertise of third‑party specialists, it focused on key areas and critical risk points in enterprise safety production, conducting thorough, specialized, and comprehensive inspections and evaluations in strict accordance with industry standards and relevant safety laws and regulations. By accurately assessing the current state of enterprise safety production, identifying latent safety hazards, and addressing shortcomings in safety management, this initiative serves as an important supervisory effort to help enterprises within the jurisdiction strengthen their safety foundations and enhance the quality and effectiveness of their safety management.

On the first day of the special inspection, the third-party expert team, guided by the principles of objectivity, rigor, professionalism, and impartiality, conducted a comprehensive review and assessment of the company’s safety management practices in accordance with the occupational safety standards system. At the inspection site, staff from all relevant departments remained on duty throughout, collaborated closely, and proactively coordinated to fully support the experts in carrying out on-site inspections, reviewing safety records, verifying operational procedures, and conducting interviews at identified risk points, among other inspection activities.
In response to the on-site inquiries and guidance provided by the experts, company personnel offered detailed, item-by-item answers and transparent reports on the implementation of plant‑wide safety production systems, routine hazard identification and remediation, on‑site safety management, emergency preparedness system development, and equipment safety maintenance and operations. The company proactively disclosed all relevant safety management documentation, striving to ensure that the inspection proceeded efficiently, in an orderly manner, and with full transparency. At the same time, all employees humbly accepted the experts’ professional advice, meticulously documented key inspection findings and optimization recommendations, and actively benchmarked their practices against industry standards to identify areas for improvement.

This specialized classification assessment and inspection adopts a “professional screening plus targeted guidance” approach, overcoming the limitations of traditional, ad hoc self‑inspections. It enables a precise identification of gaps in enterprise safety management and the pinpointing of potential risks, providing robust technical support for optimizing safety management practices, standardizing operational procedures, and enhancing overall safety control capabilities. As such, it offers critical guidance for strengthening enterprises’ safety production safeguards and achieving safe, stable development.
Going forward, the company will continue to fully cooperate with all aspects of the next-day special inspection, providing seamless coordination, ensuring document readiness, and offering on-site support throughout the process. At the same time, taking this specialized assessment and inspection as a critical opportunity, we will remain problem‑oriented and implement targeted corrective measures. We will systematically collate and summarize each issue identified by the experts, establish a dedicated issue register, designate responsible parties and set clear deadlines for remediation, and ensure prompt action and closed‑loop management.
Going forward, the company will institutionalize the implementation of its primary responsibility for workplace safety, continuously refine safety management measures, conduct regular self-inspections and rectifications to address potential hazards, and steadily enhance its safety management system. It will also standardize on-site operational controls and strengthen safety awareness across all employees, ensuring that all aspects of workplace safety are carried out with greater rigor and higher standards. By firmly upholding the bottom line of workplace safety, the company will drive safe, stable, and high‑quality development.
