Strengthening the Safety Defense Line to Safeguard the National Day Holiday—Ruixin Company Conducts Thorough Special Inspections of Equipment Safety Ahead of National Day
2026-09-28
To ensure robust safety production during the National Day holiday, reinforce equipment safety management responsibilities, effectively prevent and mitigate safety risks associated with special‑purpose and production equipment, resolutely avert accidents, and guarantee the smooth and orderly operation of all tasks throughout the holiday, Rui Xin Company’s leadership recently organized a comprehensive pre‑National Day equipment safety inspection. The initiative aims to thoroughly identify and address potential hazards, thereby tightening the “safety valve” of safe production.

This pre-holiday inspection was conducted with a problem‑oriented approach, rigorously aligning with special‑equipment safety regulations, equipment management systems, and job‑specific operating procedures. A detailed inspection plan was developed, clearly defining the scope, key areas of focus, and the division of responsibilities. Company leaders, staff from various departments, and workshop supervisors carried out targeted checks on on‑site special equipment, including liquid chlorine cylinders and mobile pressure vessels. They systematically verified the validity of periodic inspections and the calibration status of safety accessories, carefully confirmed the serviceability of safety valves, pressure gauges, level indicators, and emergency shut‑off devices, and reviewed the completeness and compliance of filling records, inspection logs, and maintenance archives. In addition, a comprehensive inspection was performed across all production machinery, electrical wiring, power‑supply control systems, and fire‑protection facilities. Particular attention was paid to critical components such as equipment operating conditions, grounding protection, pipeline sealing, and alarm systems, leaving no detail overlooked and ensuring that no blind spots or gaps remained.

During the inspection, inspectors verified the on-site working environment and the implementation of routine equipment checks, while also assessing operators’ adherence to their job responsibilities and their familiarity with relevant rules and procedures. Adhering to the principle of “inspect, guide, and rectify concurrently,” they promptly required on-site corrective action for minor hazards identified during the review. For issues requiring time‑limited resolution, each was systematically recorded and filed, accompanied by written remediation notices specifying the responsible party, corrective measures, and deadlines, thereby implementing closed‑loop management to ensure that all identified hazards are thoroughly addressed and eliminated.
In response to the special circumstances of the National Day holiday, company leadership has further refined the deployment of equipment safety management and control. The 24-hour on‑duty system is being strictly enforced, with personnel remaining at their posts, ensuring round‑the‑clock communication availability, and maintaining thorough records of equipment condition inspections. Emergency response plans for special‑purpose equipment have been improved, emergency supplies have been fully stocked, and clear procedures have been established for handling unexpected malfunctions, leaks, and other contingencies, thereby strengthening emergency preparedness. All staff are required to heighten their safety awareness and eliminate complacency; even if production loads are adjusted during the holiday period, the frequency and rigor of equipment inspections must not be reduced, and all safety operating procedures must be strictly adhered to.
There are no small matters when it comes to safety; prevention is key. Through this pre-holiday special inspection, we have gained a clearer understanding of the current state of equipment safety, promptly addressed a number of potential hazards, strengthened safety awareness among personnel at all levels, and laid a solid foundation for the safe operation of our equipment. Moving forward, the Equipment Department will use this inspection as a catalyst to sustain and consolidate its results, closely monitor the implementation of corrective measures, and ensure routine equipment maintenance and periodic inspections are carried out effectively. With rigorous and pragmatic management practices, we will firmly uphold the bottom line of workplace safety, providing robust and reliable equipment support to ensure a smooth National Day holiday and the stable resumption of production afterward.
