The Emergency Management Bureau, together with experts, is conducting a special inspection to strengthen our company’s safety defenses as the year draws to a close.

The period at the turn of the year is a critical time for safe production. To effectively prevent and mitigate various safety risks, recently, the Emergency Management Bureau of the High-tech Zone organized a team of safety production experts to conduct a special inspection of our company. Chen Yan, Deputy General Manager of Production, accompanied the inspection throughout its duration, while heads of relevant departments and safety management personnel joined the team to facilitate coordination.
Adhering to the principles of “professional investigation and precise treatment,” the inspection team employed a comprehensive approach—combining on-site verification, review of records, and focused discussions—to conduct thorough and meticulous inspections covering key areas such as contractor management, standards for special operations, aging equipment, freeze- and gel-prevention measures, and identification and rectification of hidden hazards. Relying on their extensive experience, the expert team precisely pinpointed potential safety risks, explained on-site the root causes of these hazards, and provided targeted, scientifically sound recommendations for corrective actions.
During the on-site inspection, the Emergency Management Bureau, drawing on recent typical cases of production safety accidents across the country, emphasized the urgency and importance of ensuring safe production as the year draws to a close. It pointed out that various safety risks are currently intertwined and overlapping, and enterprises must raise their political awareness, keep the string of safe production taut at all times, and resolutely overcome complacency and侥幸心理 (lucky thinking). Enterprises should further strengthen on-site management, strictly enforce operational standards, increase the frequency of inspections, and promptly eliminate all kinds of potential hazards. They should also regularly conduct safety training and warning education to effectively enhance the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all employees, thereby solidifying the ideological defense line for safe production.
Chen Yan, Deputy General Manager of Production at the company, expressed gratitude for the guidance provided by the inspection team and delivered a statement. He stated that the company would take this inspection as an opportunity to establish a detailed record of identified issues, set clear deadlines, and implement closed-loop rectification measures. At the same time, the company will strictly adhere to the requirements of the Emergency Management Bureau, firmly assign safety responsibilities at all levels, regularly conduct self-inspections and self-corrections to identify and address potential safety hazards, continuously strengthen on-site management and enhance the safety awareness of all employees, effectively safeguard the bottom line of safe production, and ensure the safe and stable operation of production and business during the year-end period.
