To rigorously implement the 2026 inter‑city safety production inspection plan and effectively strengthen safety management of major hazard sources, thereby preventing and mitigating significant safety risks, on September 3, a team of safety production experts from Tongliao City visited our company to carry out the 2026 inter‑city cross‑inspection of major hazard sources.
The inspection team rigorously adhered to the relevant codes and standards for the safety management of major hazard sources, maintained a problem‑oriented approach, and conducted inspections through a combination of reviewing documentation and on‑site verification. At key facilities and priority control areas associated with major hazard sources, the expert panel meticulously examined equipment operating conditions, safety monitoring and surveillance systems, the configuration of emergency protective measures, and the implementation of risk‑based tiered control. They also thoroughly reviewed internal records pertaining to major hazard source identification and assessment, hazard identification and remediation, training and education, emergency response drills, and personnel certification and job‑qualification requirements, systematically verifying the effective implementation of safety management systems item by item.
During the inspection, the expert panel engaged in discussions with the company’s management on key aspects of daily control over major hazard sources, commended exemplary practices in on-site safety management, and provided immediate feedback on identified weaknesses, clearly pinpointing existing issues and offering targeted corrective measures as well as recommendations for optimization and improvement.
