Uniting Hearts and Concentrating Efforts to Build a Defense Line: Rui Xin Chemical Holds a 2026 Safety Production Promotion and Training Session, Fulfilling Duties and Taking Responsibility to Ensure Safety.

2026-01-23

To thoroughly implement the state’s laws and regulations on work safety as well as industry-specific regulatory requirements and to clarify the direction of the company’s work safety efforts for 2026 while reinforcing safety management responsibilities, on January 22, Meng Lin, General Manager of the company, chaired a briefing and training session on the 2026 work safety guidelines, objectives, and safety action plan. All managers from various departments and workshops attended the meeting, fostering a shared commitment to safety and laying out key safety priorities for the year ahead.

At the training session, the General Manager, drawing on the new situation and requirements for safe production in the current chemical industry, provided an in-depth interpretation of the company’s core safety production goals for 2026, centered around the safety production principle of “safety first, prevention-oriented, comprehensive management, and full staff participation.” The Manager clearly outlined specific requirements, including completely eliminating serious and extremely serious safety accidents, establishing a closed-loop management system for identifying and addressing potential hazards, and ensuring full coverage of safety training for all employees. Closely aligned with the “Twenty Major Hazard Identification Standards,” the Manager emphasized the importance of firmly upholding safety red lines and cultivating a strong sense of bottom-line thinking.

Regarding the annual safety work plan, the General Manager has placed particular emphasis on four core tasks: First, deepen the identification and remediation of potential hazards, focusing on major sources of danger such as liquid chlorine storage tanks and critical processes like special operations, and establish a normalized system for risk-based management and control. Second, strengthen safety training and education to enhance the safety competence of management personnel and improve the standardized operational skills of frontline employees. Third, refine the emergency management system, intensify emergency drills, and boost the practical capabilities for handling accidents. Fourth, firmly enforce safety responsibilities across the board, implement the “Three Controls and Three Musts” requirements, and ensure that safety responsibilities are directly communicated down to the grassroots level and assigned to specific individuals.

The participants listened attentively and took detailed notes, all expressing their commitment to deeply understand the spirit of the training and effectively integrate the principles, goals, and work plans for safe production into their daily management. They pledged to take the lead in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities, pass on the pressure down through all levels, and make every effort to prevent and mitigate various safety risks.

This briefing and training session further unified thinking, clarified tasks, and reinforced responsibilities, laying a solid foundation for the company’s orderly implementation of safety production work in 2026, driving the company’s safety management to a new level, and providing strong support for the enterprise’s high-quality development.
