Online Exhibition of Model Deeds of Outstanding Women
Across all sectors and frontlines of Alxa League, countless outstanding women have taken root in their posts, strived to excel, and upheld the “other half of the sky” through hard work and a strong sense of responsibility, thereby showcasing the brilliant “she power” of women in the new era. To inspire excellence, set exemplary models, and further rally the momentum of women’s advancement, the Alxa League Women’s Federation is launching, effective immediately, a special column titled “Women’s Achievements Showcase Their Splendor: With an Unfaltering Original Aspiration, They Usher in a New Journey.” This column will progressively feature the exemplary deeds of collectives and individuals honored in 2025 as National March 8th Red Flag Collectives, Autonomous Region March 8th Red Flag Holders, Autonomous Region March 8th Red Flag Collectives, and Autonomous Region March 8th Civilized Posts. By highlighting role models from among us, we aim to guide women across the league in staying true to their original aspirations, bravely shouldering their missions, and leveraging their wisdom and strength to make new and greater contributions to the high-quality economic and social development of Alxa League.
Autonomous Region’s March 8th Model Post — Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical Central Control Room

In modern chemical production systems, the central control room serves as the “nerve center” that coordinates the entire operation and ensures smooth, reliable performance. At Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical, there is a unique central control team—entirely composed of women, with 11 members holding at least an associate’s degree and an average age of just 30. Among them are one Party member and one probationary Party member. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, this team integrates the “Four Consciousnesses” into every operational detail, embodies the “Four Confidences” in their professional responsibilities, and anchors their course through the “Two Upholds.” They have consistently focused on safety management, production optimization, talent development, and dedication to their posts, delivering an outstanding record of eight consecutive years with zero safety incidents and zero environmental complaints. Through their collective strength, they are writing a new chapter in the spirit of workers in the modern chemical industry.
Strengthen the safety defense line and consolidate the foundation of production through meticulous control.
“Safety is the greatest benefit—and an inviolable red line.” This is the unanimous consensus of all employees in the DCS control room at Ruixin Chemical. To uphold the bottom line of safe production, the team has established a three-tier safety management and control system spanning the plant, workshops, and work teams, meticulously assigning safety responsibilities to every operational step and every team member. As the “last mile” of safety oversight, the central control team has innovatively implemented a 24-hour dynamic monitoring mechanism, leveraging the DCS system to capture real-time fluctuations in production metrics. Over the past three years, the team has cumulatively corrected 137 instances of non-compliant operations, using keen vigilance to close safety loopholes.
To motivate all employees to actively participate in safety management, the Central Control Room has implemented a “Weekly Self-Inspection of Job-Specific Hazards” mechanism. Through this mechanism, employees promptly identify potential hazards such as abnormal equipment noises, parameter deviations, and inadequate protective measures, and maintain a dedicated hazard management ledger that is tracked and followed up by designated personnel for corrective action. To date, this mechanism has facilitated the rectification of 280 identified hazards. In addition, the team conducts annual accident scenario simulations and emergency response drills, covering everything from handling liquid chlorine leaks to responding to sudden power outages. Each drill meticulously replicates real-world conditions and includes rigorous time-based performance assessments, ensuring that “when a hazardous situation arises, we are ready to act—and when we act, we prevail.” Thanks to this comprehensive safety management approach, the Central Control Room has maintained a “zero accidents, zero leaks” record for many consecutive years.

Deeply cultivating refined management and leveraging innovative initiatives to achieve a win-win outcome of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
On the track of energy conservation, consumption reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement, the “all-female team” in the central control room of Ruixin Chemical has also delivered outstanding performance. Leveraging their deep understanding of production processes and precise control over operational parameters, they continuously explore and achieve breakthroughs in optimizing equipment operation and adjusting process metrics. By fine-tuning the operating parameters of the electrolytic cells, the team increased the reaction efficiency of each cell by 5%, resulting in an additional output of 968 metric tons of metallic sodium and 1,500 metric tons of liquid chlorine within just one year—generating direct revenue exceeding RMB 14 million.
As the Group advances the development of its wind and solar power bases, optimizing the operational strategies for power-generation equipment has not only boosted the efficiency of new-energy generation but also reduced equipment failure rates, resulting in an annual reduction of approximately 50,960 kg of carbon emissions and injecting “her wisdom” into the company’s green transformation.

Build learning teams to empower expertise and cultivate versatile talent.
“Only through continuous learning can we keep pace with the intelligent and refined development of the chemical industry.” Guided by this principle, the central control room is fully committed to building a “learning-oriented team,” providing a robust platform for the professional growth of its members. The team formulates an annual training plan tailored to job requirements, conducting two monthly sessions on process knowledge and three monthly sessions dedicated to resolving practical operational challenges. At the same time, employees are encouraged to pursue self-improvement; several team members have leveraged their spare time to obtain an associate degree in chemical engineering, an intermediate-level professional title in the chemical field, and safety operation skill certifications, thereby achieving simultaneous advancement in education, skills, and professional qualifications.
In translating learning outcomes into practical applications, employees in the central control room have proactively engaged in technological upgrading projects, offering constructive suggestions to address persistent pain points and challenges in production. Projects they have participated in, such as “Optimization of the Electrolyzer Temperature Precision Control System” and “Improvement of the Liquid Chlorine Tail-Gas Recovery Process,” have not only resolved real-world production issues but have also resulted in three national patents, effectively turning learning achievements into a driving force for production. This truly embodies the principle of “growing through learning and taking on responsibilities through growth.”
From safeguarding production safety to promoting energy conservation and consumption reduction, the “women’s team” in the DCS central control room at Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical has consistently demonstrated precise operations, unwavering responsibility, and a spirit of innovation, shining brightly on the front lines of chemical production. Looking ahead, they will seize the opportunities presented by the intelligent transformation of the chemical industry, continuously enhance their professional capabilities, and harness “her power” to ensure that Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical operates safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
