Ruida Chemical Group Conducts Centralized Training on Education for March

To fully implement the Party Committee of the company’s 2026 education and training plan, Ruida Chemical Group organized a centralized training session for March on March 23. A total of more than 80 participants attended, including all staff from the group’s six departments, principal heads of each training unit, deputy department-level and higher leading cadres from subsidiaries, workshop directors, and selected employee representatives.

Liang Zhen, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, conducted a comprehensive review and systematic summary of the three-year education and training program from 2023 to 2025. The review thoroughly examined progress in building the education and training system, implementing curriculum programs, cultivating cadres and talent, and translating learning outcomes into practical application over the past three years. It systematically summarized four objectives and four key achievements, analyzed existing weaknesses and shortcomings, and set a clear direction for enhancing the quality and effectiveness of future education and training efforts.
As a Group-level Advanced Training Unit for 2025, guided by the principle of mutual learning and continuous improvement, the Finance Department has conducted a focused sharing session on its practical experience in training, innovative initiatives, and exemplary business cases. This effort aims to provide departments and other training units with valuable, replicable insights and best practices for optimizing training mechanisms and enhancing the quality and effectiveness of training.

The Comprehensive Department for Party and Government Affairs conducted a comprehensive review and summary of the Group’s education and training activities for February, reported on the implementation of key training programs, identified existing problems and weak links, and re-deployed work related to conducting education on the situation and tasks associated with “living frugally.”
Comrade Hu Donghui, Deputy General Manager of the Group, presided over the training session and delivered a concluding address. He emphasized that education and training efforts must be closely aligned with the policy guidelines set forth at the Two Sessions, as well as with key initiatives such as the forthcoming Ecological Environment Code, so as to deepen the integration of learning with practical work and ensure concerted action in all areas. The March education and training work plan has now been officially issued; all departments and units are required to organize activities meticulously and advance them in a solid and steady manner, thereby leveraging high-quality education and training to empower the enterprise’s high-quality development.
