Ruida Chemical Group Holds a Working Exchange Meeting on the Postdoctoral Research Station with the School of Chemistry at Inner Mongolia University of Technology

To further promote the deep integration of industry, academia, and research and to empower enterprises to achieve high-quality, innovative development, on March 20, Bai Jie, Dean of the School of Chemistry at Inner Mongolia University of Technology, led an academic delegation from the school to Ruida Chemical Group for a focused symposium on matters such as the operation of the postdoctoral research workstation and the advancement of research projects. Wang Jinda, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, along with other senior leaders and relevant R&D heads, attended the meeting.
The Ruida Taifeng Postdoctoral Research Station, affiliated with Ruida Chemical Group, is the first postdoctoral research station approved for establishment in Alxa League. Since its inception, the station has continuously provided strong impetus for technological innovation and industrial upgrading within the enterprise. During the exchange meeting, representatives from the university and the enterprise engaged in discussions on a range of topics, including the recruitment of postdoctoral researchers, the granting of enterprise patents, the successful implementation of key research projects, the further refinement and application of the “pre-innovation collaboration” mechanism, the promotion of deep integration among academic research, technology development, and industrial production, and the leveraging of the university’s comprehensive research resource advantages. The meeting also clarified the direction for subsequent work, thereby laying a solid foundation for further enhancing the quality and effectiveness of the postdoctoral research station and for advancing and solidifying university–enterprise–industry–research collaboration.
