Ruida Chemical Group Holds Its 2026 Work Conference.

On February 10, the 2026 Work Conference of Ruida Chemical Group was held. Attending the meeting were more than 100 participants, including Comrade Wang Jinda, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group’s Party Committee; Comrade Feng Ruijuan, the company’s actual controller; General Manager Mao Kecheng; Liang Zhen, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; as well as other leading officials from the Party and government based at the headquarters, branch committee members, Party and mass work personnel, representatives of frontline employees, and award-winning advanced collectives and individuals.

General Manager Mao Kecheng of the Group Corporation delivered a work report, which pointed out that over the past year, the Group Corporation had adhered to a working principle of “taking energy conservation and consumption reduction as the key, safety and environmental protection as the main focus, marketing as the priority, and project construction as the breakthrough.” The report summarized this approach from nine different aspects, analyzed six existing issues, and affirmed everyone’s efforts over the past year.

The report emphasizes that the initial phase sets the tone for the entire journey. As 2026 marks the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, the company has clearly defined its working guidelines as follows: "Achieve a strong foundation and enhanced efficiency through cost control; firmly uphold the red lines and bottom lines for safety and environmental protection; consolidate our market position to unlock production capacity; and make breakthroughs in project construction and IPOs." The company has also laid out specific plans across seven key areas. We hope that the “Ruida people” will uphold the “Ruida Spirit,” approach safety production with a sense of responsibility—always keeping it top of mind—and meticulously execute every task with solid, down-to-earth dedication, thus writing a new chapter in the company’s 20-year history.

Comrade Liang Zhen, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, read out the commendation decision. Afterwards, company leaders presented plaques or certificates to outstanding collectives, model leaders, advanced producers, exemplary managers, and units excelling in education and training.

The general manager of the group company signed the 2026 Safety and Environmental Protection Target Responsibility Letters separately with the principal persons in charge of the enterprises under the group.

The meeting summary pointed out that we should integrate the deployment of work with education on the current situation and tasks, and earnestly implement the requirements set forth at the video conference on safety production held by the League Committee and the Administrative Office on February 9. Personnel on duty must fulfill their responsibilities diligently during the Spring Festival period. In our future work, we should carry forward the spirit of “jumping up to pick the peaches,” demonstrating genuine determination, bold courage, and skillful ingenuity. Through relentless and diligent practice, we should turn small victories into major triumphs, accumulate quantity into qualitative transformation, and successfully accomplish all targets and tasks for 2026.
