The Autonomous Region Emergency Management Department organized a special online training session on change management for enterprises handling hazardous chemicals.

To thoroughly implement the requirements of safety production laws and regulations, continuously enhance the standardization of the company’s change management practices, and strengthen safety risk control throughout the production process, Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical Co., Ltd. actively responded to the call from the Autonomous Region’s Emergency Management Department and carefully organized relevant personnel to participate in the special online training on change management, scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on February 5, 2026.
This training is uniformly organized by the Autonomous Region’s Emergency Management Department. It aims to systematically explain the policy requirements, standard procedures, key stages, and common risk control measures for change management. By drawing on real-world industry case studies, the training provides in-depth analysis and offers clear guidance to enterprises on how to conduct various types of changes—such as process, equipment, personnel, and management—in a standardized manner. Change management is one of the core elements of Process Safety Management (PSM) in the chemical industry and plays a critically important role in preventing production safety accidents caused by uncontrolled changes.
The company attaches great importance to this training session and views it as a crucial opportunity to enhance professional competence in safety management and solidify the foundation of safe production. As per the notification requirements, the company has designated the person in charge of safety production to take the lead, with relevant safety management personnel from departments including production, equipment, and safety & environmental protection jointly participating in this online learning program. Participants will promptly log into the training platform, diligently study and take notes, and ensure they fully understand and master the core principles and practical requirements of the training content.
