Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical Co., Ltd. Holds the 2025 Annual Performance Review and Assessment Meeting for Cadres.

To comprehensively assess the work performance of cadres at all levels for the year 2025, objectively reflect their overall capabilities and working styles, further strengthen their sense of responsibility and commitment, boost their enthusiasm for getting things done, and build a shared consensus on the company’s high-quality development, Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical Co., Ltd. held the 2025 Cadre Performance Review and Assessment Meeting on February 2. Meng Lin, General Manager of the company, and Chen Yan, Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting. Hu Donghui, a member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Group Corporation, was invited to attend and delivered a guiding speech. Heads of various departments within the company and employee representatives also participated in the meeting, which was chaired by Guo Junxing, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Office.

 

 

At the start of the meeting, the moderator first introduced the personnel who would be giving their performance reports and provided important notes related to the evaluation process. The moderator emphasized that the evaluation would adhere to the principles of “objectivity and fairness, seeking truth from facts, comprehensive assessment, and emphasis on actual achievements.” During the reporting session, eleven executives from Credit Suisse took to the stage one by one, systematically presenting their performance for 2025 across five key areas: “morality, competence, diligence, achievement, and integrity.” They conducted in-depth analyses of existing problems and their underlying causes, and outlined their work plans for 2026. The reports were practical, insightful, candid, and clear—showcasing not only their accomplishments but also identifying areas for improvement. This further clarified their future directions and demonstrated the down-to-earth, pragmatic, and courageous spirit of the company’s executives.

 

 

After listening to the work report, Hu Donghui, a member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Group Company, expressed appreciation for Ruixin Chemical’s achievements in 2025 and recognized the efforts and performance of cadres at all levels. At the same time, he pointed out existing shortcomings and put forward specific requirements for the next steps.

This 2025 annual performance review and assessment meeting for cadres not only provides a comprehensive review and evaluation of the past year’s work but also sets clear goals and fosters synergy for the coming year. Moving forward, cadres at all levels within Ruixin Chemical will take this meeting as a new starting point to address existing issues, continuously improve and enhance their performance, and proactively strive toward our objectives. We will effectively translate the outcomes of these assessments into concrete actions that drive our work forward, demonstrating even greater commitment and adopting a solid, pragmatic approach to fully propel the company’s high-quality development to a new level.
