Recently, the Women’s Federation of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region officially announced the list of honored individuals. Thanks to its outstanding professional competence, remarkable job performance, and distinctive feminine charm, the control room of Credit Suisse Company stood out and successfully earned the title of “March 8th Civilized Post” at the autonomous region level, adding a vibrant and significant chapter to the company’s development!
As the “nerve center” of the plant’s production and operations, the central control room at Ruixin Chemical brings together 11 outstanding female employees. The team is composed entirely of women—100% female—and all members hold at least an associate degree. The average age of the team is just 30, and two members are Party members. This is a vibrant, highly professional, and deeply responsible “women’s iron army.”

Through their professional expertise, they ensure the smooth operation of production; through their sense of responsibility and commitment, they safeguard the bottom lines of safety and environmental protection. As a result, the team has achieved an outstanding record of eight consecutive years with zero safety incidents and zero environmental complaints, vividly demonstrating the spirit and mission of today’s women who are every bit as capable and dedicated as their male counterparts.
This honor not only serves as high recognition of the hard work and dedication of all female employees in the control room, but also vividly demonstrates the effectiveness of Credit Suisse’s corporate culture development and team-building efforts.
