New Strategic Layout for Industrial Chain Expansion—Inner Mongolia Ruida Juzhi New Materials Co., Ltd. Established

To achieve the extension of the industrial chain for companies under Ruida Group and further strengthen the real economy, Inner Mongolia Ruida Taifeng Chemical Co., Ltd., as the initiator, jointly established Inner Mongolia Ruida Juzhi New Materials Co., Ltd. with Alxa High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Financial Investment Co., Ltd. on October 21. The new company has now been officially approved for establishment in the Alxa High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
The company’s registered capital of 200 million yuan will be allocated to the construction of the first-phase project. The establishment of this company will center around a chlorine-related expansion project. This initiative follows years of thorough market research and successful technology transfer agreements with leading domestic enterprises. As subsequent project phases unfold, it will enable Ruidataifeng Company to further enhance its product portfolio, driving it toward greater diversity and higher-end offerings—thus propelling the company to a new level of growth and innovation.
In the company's equity structure, a "private enterprise + state-owned enterprise" collaboration model has been realized for the first time. Alashan High-Tech Zone Financial Investment Co., Ltd., as one of the shareholders, will also bring its extensive experience in compliance management to support the company's growth. This marks the first time in Ruida Group's 20-year history and serves as a concrete manifestation of the "Management Committee + Company" model. The newly established company will strictly adhere to the relevant provisions of the *Company Law* and the *Company Articles of Association*, ensuring corporate governance in accordance with the law—and thereby providing robust support for Ruida Group's sustainable development.
Currently, project procedures are underway, and Phase I is expected to begin operations in October 2026.
