The Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical Co., Ltd. Technical Renovation and Expansion Project Successfully Completes Preliminary Environmental Protection Acceptance.

On September 13, 2025, the initial environmental protection acceptance inspection for the technological upgrade and expansion project of Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical Co., Ltd. was successfully concluded. This preliminary review, centered around an "expert evaluation report combined with on-site facility inspections," was led by Ruixin Chemical. It brought together a specially invited panel of three seasoned experts in environmental engineering and pollution control, along with representatives from government regulatory agencies, as well as personnel from the project’s construction, design, construction, and environmental impact assessment teams—working collaboratively to rigorously ensure compliance and verify the effectiveness of the newly installed facilities.
During the acceptance period, the expert review team first focused on the project's acceptance evaluation report. Drawing from the national "Technical Guidelines for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects" and industry standards, they conducted a meticulous review of key aspects such as the description of pollution control measures and the completeness of monitoring data. Throughout the review, experts provided specific recommendations for revising the report, ensuring its content was more accurate and compliant. Following this, the team conducted an on-site inspection, examining operational parameters of the wastewater treatment ponds and reviewing records of consumable replacements for the exhaust gas adsorption systems, thereby verifying the actual performance of the facilities.
After a comprehensive assessment, the review panel unanimously concluded that the project's environmental protection facility construction framework meets the requirements, and its operational status remains generally stable. Once the acceptance evaluation report has been revised and refined according to the feedback provided, the project can successfully pass the acceptance process. Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical Co., Ltd. stated that it will promptly implement the report revision requirements and make every effort to ensure the smooth progress of the acceptance procedure, thereby solidifying the company's foundation for green development.
