Neimenggu Ruixin Chemical Co., Ltd. successfully completed the classification and evaluation inspection work of the emergency management bureau

On July 1, 2025, Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical Co., Ltd. underwent a classification assessment conducted by the Alxa League Emergency Management Bureau. This assessment, led by a team of experts from the China Chemical Safety Association (CCSA), aimed to enhance the company's safety production management and strengthen its risk control capabilities. General Manager Meng Lin, Deputy General Manager of Production Chen Yan, and other management personnel participated and cooperated fully with the assessment team.
During the assessment, CCSA experts used document review, on-site inspections, and interviews to comprehensively evaluate 20 aspects of the company's major hazard source safety management, emergency preparedness and response, accident management, and safety culture construction. The expert group focused on the operation of major hazard sources and conducted on-site inspections of production units, storage and transportation facilities, and fire systems. Relevant company officials provided detailed reports on the implementation of safety production management systems, employee training, and emergency plan drills.
At the assessment feedback meeting, the expert group acknowledged the company's achievements in safety production, particularly its innovative measures in the construction of a dual-prevention mechanism and the application of an intelligent control platform. The expert group also provided improvement suggestions based on the inspection findings, emphasizing the need to further refine risk control measures, strengthen safety training for frontline employees, and improve the practical drills of emergency plans.
General Manager Meng Lin stated that this classification assessment was a comprehensive "check-up" of the company's safety production work. The company will use this assessment as an opportunity to strictly implement the expert group's rectification opinions, learn from experience, continuously improve its inherent safety level, fulfill its main responsibilities for safety production, and build a solid safety line for the high-quality development of the local economy.
The successful completion of this assessment reflects the emergency management department's high regard for the company's safety production and provides direction for Inner Mongolia Ruixin Chemical Co., Ltd.'s future safety management work. The company will promote the construction of a long-term safety production mechanism with higher standards and stricter requirements to ensure the safe and stable operation of the enterprise.
