On July 1st, in order to summarize the work of the first half of the year and arrange key tasks for the second half of the year, Ruida Chemical Group held a mid-year summary meeting after the Party building work meeting, in accordance with the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation to change the style of meetings and improve efficiency. Wang Jinda, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Corporation, attended the meeting.
Mao Kecheng, General Manager of the Group, on behalf of the administrative team of the Group Company, summarized and sorted out the work of the first half of the year based on the work guidelines of "taking energy conservation and emission reduction as the starting point, safety and environmental protection as the main line, market marketing as the focus, and project construction as the breakthrough," covering twelve aspects. He also clarified the work ideas and specific measures for the second half of the year in ten aspects, including industrial layout, completion of new projects, accelerating cost reduction and efficiency increase, improving safety and environmental protection work, scientifically formulating the "15th Five-Year Plan," and promoting listing. This achieved both a clear understanding of the situation and tasks, and further unified thinking, clarifying the direction for the completion of various tasks throughout the year.
The meeting concluded by pointing out that employees of private enterprises should further give play to the "Four Thousand Spirit" and demonstrate the "Ruida Spirit" and "Ruida Responsibility" in the face of fierce market competition. Employees were encouraged to contribute suggestions and advice to the formulation of the "15th Five-Year Plan." In mid-July, the company will also hold special meetings on the implementation of work breakthroughs, the summary of safety month, and the summary and deployment of quarterly training.
